Previously approved flat schedule is a base for our company work, development and prosperity. The operation of the staff is enriched by introduced CRM system, systems of document circling, budgeting, special motivation programs. Different schemes are being realized such as schemes of the dealer's net creation, schemes of service and solutions quality analysis and many others. We are constantly establishing new programs of the service and products improvement. Once a quarter new products are developed and non-gainful ones are closed. We are permanently developing.
