The Customer, by completing and signing this document confirms that the Software Product was ordered and received by him on ______________________________ personally (according to the name indicated above) and agrees to "destroy" or return any copy of the aforementioned Product received under the above Order Number in case Refund is issued.
If so, Pilot Group Company agrees to refund only the purchase price of the product to the Customer on confirmation by completion of this document by the customer and returning an original signed copy.
