Question: “I followed all of the install instructions to the letter. I set permissions on all files during the install and got green plus signs for all. No errors appeared. The dialog for the install said install successful. When the install was finished, I got only a blank page. I then set some more permissions to all of the root level php files. The page showed up. Then I tried to log into the admin panel, with success. The problem is that I get 'access denied' when I try to change any settings. I have set permissions on many other files and directories, to no avail. I am scheduled to deliver this site on Monday.
