To start New Year with new features, options and improvements, we've just released the new version of our product - PG Real Estate Solution Jan.2010!
Check out the list of improvements:

| 1. |
SEO improvements. Title of the listing now displays its details for scrawling by search engines, it shows listing’s location, property type and type of real estate operation – for sale or for lease.
In addition the headline link of the listing now displays its location instead of displaying name of the listing owner providing more valuable information for search engines.
Listing location is also displayed in the browser’s address line when one visits the page of the listing (mod_rewrite modification).

Search Form improvements: to choose location it is not now necessary to select required variants in 3 drop-down menus, one can type state/region or city and the system will provide a list of locations to choose from.

RSS Listings Alerts for site guests: now it is not necessary to be a member of the site to receive RSS notifications about new listings that match specified criteria.
|

|
|
|
| 4. |
Import listings (API). If you don’t have your own database of listings yet, you can populate search results of your website by listings from other resources. Currently such syndication is available with Vast.com and Oodle.com API programs.

|
|
| 5. |
Weather Gadget. It is displayed on the page of search results and displays weather report in the location specified in the search form. One more way to make your website more informative and useful for your visitors.

| 6. |
Mortgage Calculator. Another tool that will help your website to establish itself as a valuable Real Estate resource. The calculator is displayed in website search results and allows calculating mortgage payment and create amortization schedule. If you don’t need it, you can easily disable it in the administrator’s mode.

| 7. |
Extended List of resources for listings syndication. Now along with Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and GoogleBase you can syndicate your listings with Oodle and Propbot giving your website listings greater exposure.

| 8. |
New Paid Option – Listing Highlight. There is a new paid option available for highlighting a listing in search results. If the option is chosen, the listing will get more visible in search results with a colored table that attracts attention of the visitor.

| 9. |
Duplicate Listing Option. In case it is necessary to create similar listings, one can use this new option to create a new listing with the same characteristics without having to enter them manually.

| 10. |
Open Hours option. Now it is possible to enter open hours for the listing, this information will be displayed in a short listing presentation in search results and on the listing’s page as well.

If there is limitation for listing’s activity, listing owners can now see how much time is left before listing expires.
