Questions from Public discussion Question: “We understand that once our money has been paid we have no right of return, therefore we want to be sure we are making the right decision with our software provider before we pay any money to you. Can you refer us to a live customer (website owner) so we can get a direct testimonial? As, no offence, but the testimonials on your site could've been written by anyone... Also we want to know if we can buy the software in stages, so it can be tested in chunks? We intend to buy it all within one week but don't feel comfortable handing over the entire amount for features, plugins and customisation - if the basic product is not going to work for us.
